Total work time was around 80-100 hours (not counting the planning stages) and was my first time working with faux fur and real leather. I have officially perfected the jaw movement and as requested will be one day making a tutorial covering how you can make your own to implement in other mask projects. More information about the build process will be covered in the walkthrough video but I'll be happy to answer questions as I find time. I encourage you to also check out the Flickr gallery work in progress photos and that should give you a pretty good idea of how it was done. I originally entered the cosplay competition at NDK 09 in the intermediate category, but when I appeared for the the preliminary craftsmanship judging, they took one look at me and bumped me up to masters.
